Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
We do not sell personal information. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
We collect information you provide voluntarily: your account email address, a phone number when order verification requires it, your order history and shipping addresses, payment confirmation records (including proof-of-payment images you upload), and your acceptance of the research attestation (with its date, wording version, IP address, and browser info). The site also automatically gathers limited technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and access times — for security purposes.
2. How we use it
Personal information is used to process orders, respond to your inquiries, maintain website security, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. We send transactional email about your orders; we do not send marketing email without your consent.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies only, for basic functionality — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. Our visit analytics are built and stored in-house; we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will affect site features.
4. Payment and third parties
We never see or store payment card numbers — payments are made directly through the methods shown at checkout and verified by our staff. Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the store — transactional email delivery, website hosting, and shipping carriers (who receive your name and address to deliver your order) — each operating under their own privacy standards, and where the law requires it.
5. Retention
Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal requirements. Order records and their certificates of analysis are kept permanently so your documentation is always available. If you close your account we retain what business records require, and no more.
6. Security
The site uses SSL encryption and reasonable safeguards. Accounts are protected by verified sign-in; payment confirmations are reviewed by a person; uploaded documents are stored outside the public web space and served only to authenticated owners and staff.
7. Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at the email below; we respond within applicable legal timelines. You can review your order history and documents in your account at any time.
8. Age
This site is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 21.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the current version. Privacy questions: support@vegasjenn.com.
Additional disclosures - DRAFT 2026-10-24 (for Jenn and counsel to edit before publishing)
This section was drafted from an inventory of what the site actually does on 2026-10-24. It is not legal advice.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | Lifetime | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| VJSSESS | until you close the browser | keeps you signed in and remembers your cart (strictly necessary) |
| VJSPASS | up to 400 days | remembers that this browser was invited - the store is invite-only (strictly necessary) |
| VJSDEV | 30 days | remembers a device you verified so we do not ask for a sign-in code every time (strictly necessary) |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | set by Cloudflare | the anti-bot check on the sign-up and invite forms may set its own short-lived cookie |
We set no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. The small "essential cookies" notice can be dismissed; that choice is kept in your browser (local storage), not in a cookie.
Service providers who process data for us

Fonts and icons are served from this site; no third-party font, analytics or script services are loaded.
What we record
- Page views within the store, by session, for our own in-house statistics.

You can review and change your email and mobile on your account page, withdraw text-message consent at any time (reply STOP, or change it on your account), and ask us at support@vegasjenn.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, subject to the records we must keep.
